Its not a bug,
I have problems on the forums, looking through it some times it constantly says server busy... Server busy.

Just wanted to let you know as this might also be happening to new people coming to look at the shard.

This has been discussed in a recent post. I believe that Eru is in the process of switching over the website and forums to another server.

Yeah, it's because we're on a free host so sometimes other people take up a bunch of CPU or something and the server auto throttles them. Soon I'll be moving us to a better host that I get through work that has faster loading times and less errors.
