u know when u drank pots on sphere there were 2 diff sounds, one sounded as if u were gulping everything instantly, and the other one as if u were sipping.. now these 2 sounds came randomly.. but on runuo (atleast makas server) when u were gulping, u used a pot, when u were sipping, u didnt, u had to wait to be able to use another one.. it sure helped me on pvp atleast to know when i drank or my oponent drank =)

there are still 2 diffrent sounds,
1 sound if you sucefully drink a potion, and a second diffrent sound if you try to drink but fail.

If my character fails to drink something, they deserve to die. It's like rolling dice to open an unlocked door.

, this applies ofcourse only to potions such as gheal, manas etc, so you cant drink them to often.

it dosnt say u fail to drink :p. its just a delay on 15-18 secs between every pot and it it sais u cant drink another pot yet..

Ooooooh I get it. So you guys are saying that if you drink a pot, and then try to drink another one too soon (within that 15-18 second window or whatever), it will make that sipping sound instead? If that's the case, then that is really helpful.
At first I was like "fail to drink a potion?!?!" That would indeed be pretty silly lol. I just picture some people fighting, and one guy tries to drink a potion and pours it all over it shoulder or something, hah.

hehe the delay is 17 seconds.. and yeh, if u try to drink within that 17 second period u will get a sipping sound rather than a gulping sound
