I have tried copying the muls to the UO folder (one each time) and it still doesn't work properly. I see doors in wrong places and can't walk through what would be regular gardens or stuff...

Could you try opening the IN Patcher, making sure the paths are set correctly, then pressing "Patch IN". That will check the files to make sure they match the ones that are on the server.

After that completes, go to "Tools" and "Use Client 6".

Also, what installer did you use to Install UO? I recommend Mondain's Legacy since that's the one that I've tested the patcher on.
