Yeah I meant pitcher when I said bottle. I've tried filling them up from world water sources as well sindern and had much the same problems. Some tiles work, some dont. As well most fountains wont work and many in town water area's are either inaccessable deliberately to stop people macroing fishing in town, or are up a riverbank so you have a nasty time getting LOS / distance check to fill it.

If you go in Minoc and try to use the fountain there it won't work because that's static or there are LOS blockers around it. As for rivers like besides Brit bank, yet it's hard to get LOS for when I try washing aids, really annoying. Did you try a water trough yet? That always works on aids for me, and pitchers back on XUO.

Haven't tried a trough. I only have like 80 carpentry and noone's selling troughs in the AH. I bought rabbi's logs to macro my carpentry with. 13,000 logs should get me some decent gains. I'll give it a shot when I can make one or can find one for sale.

And I was trying to fill from a water tile in a custom house. (The ones in the tile menu.) They work for cleaning bandaids so I thought they'd work for filling pitchers.

You ingame now? I have a trough in my house you can try pitchers on. I can't make you a trough though cause my carpentry is just as bad.

Yea I seem to remember that problem on XUO too; aids can be washed but you can't fill a pitcher. Maybe 'not enough' water to scoop it up hahaha

You can fill pitch by water troughs for sure, I always do it in my house after water all plants.

I water all my plants with 1 pitcher, I just have a macro that refills every 5 splashes. Its so simple, its much easier than setting all glasses, etc.
