Now, as for the items... We are working on it. This isn't a situation where we are going to stop everything we are doing to resolve this right away. We have a patch to release, we still have events to run, pages to answer, other ongoing investigations; not to mention our real lives.

It will be resolved. Dye tubs and heads and deco are not going to prevent you from playing the game. This is a tedious process that will take time. Please be reasonable.
