I agree, running and developing a server is a constantly evolving and involved task, most people will simply download these files and check out the server for themselves rather than attempt professional hosting. In perspective though, the people who will download these files are mainly going to be IN fans, or RunUO developers who are interested in simply looking at code. This code base might be a help to those attempting a T2A style server for reference. The population of people who might start a IN sever, I believe most of them are already here on this board. If there was going to be serious competition of IN style servers, that would have happened already, but it has been narrowed down to one server active at the moment.
As far as INR goes, people experienced with UO already know what the best advertising methods are, and the ones that have already worked before countless times should continue to work again.
