What I said was that some people might CONFUSE our r/r weapons with overpowered weapons, but in fact our R/R weapons are just BASIC WEAPONS that we rename with names that may sound overpowered, like for example "DEADLY KILLING BARDICHE OF KILLINGNESS" or whatever. Do you understand now?

Yeah I ment 25% tactics btw, lil tired atm. You misunderstood the rest of the post though.

Adding tactics to weapons is not overpowered as long as it does not ruin the fun. You aren't hitting every time, or in the speed of lightning or whatever oyu seem to think. It hardly makes a difference except for that you hit a lil more often, which can improve the fun in a duel actually.
