Any auto macro is going to cause problems.
For the F5-F9 these are skills that require you to set a target.
You fix this by starting off with a magic arrow (which you should anyways)
That will make it so the target will work correctly if recorded it right.

AS far for manapots I would set it up like this.
Mana<70
Use Manapot

I start off with the mana<70 so you dont hit the mana pot to early which waste mana.

The same for the GH scroll.
If hitpoints<40
Use Greater Heal Scroll

I have yet to set up any kind of macro on this server, still very new here.


As far as targeting issues, you need to add "wait for target"
Will look like this
Cast Spell Magic arrow
Wait for target
Last Target


Things can get far more complex (which they do on my end) but this is a start
