oh? I thought the system was based on reps i remember on IN-X you could tame mustangs till GM was it changed here?

It's based on reps here too but if it's tamable at 60 then you won't get any reps later on because you'll be taming it within a few tries at higher level taming, therefore making them useless for training past 75ish.
