check to see if your login and ports are correct make sure you patched correctly and in tools of the in patcher click on the 6-x-x client
once you've done that go to your UO folder, open up cilent.exe and try loging in from there
if your using apple I think there was an old post saying you need to run everything in administrator not sure though i may be wrong try those things tho if it works run razor in admin as well
