I also vote yes, I was thinking about this exact idea yesterday. If they were added, they would have to be crafted by a resource equally as expensive/rare as wyrm heart.

edit: sm0ke, try adding toggle war on/off at the start of your detect macro. It helps a lot for the issue you're having with being in warmode while trying to detect.
