yes NoX, dont get me wrong, i can pvp to a certain extent when im on foot. which is fine. I could sit in the pvp arena the whole day. however, when im on a horse i actually walk faster then running. Which is rediculous. You cant really appreciate the aspects of pvp and uo itself with that kind of lag.
If i go hunting with this lag, ill die, i dont think ill even be able to get away from a dragon if it chased me. This will cause frustration and anger, and im not joining a shard that is going to be pointless for me.
