Eg in coldrakes case, if he would have had constant lag, we could assume that its the "11 294 ms 245 ms 250 ms 154.41.66.216.in-addr.arpa [216.66.41.154]" ISP that is causing the lag, this cause his ping goes by 150-200. If we find the troublesome ISP/connection in your route, we just do a little WhoIs and a little whining and you'll hopefully have your connection better than ever.
