This is not a solution. If anything.. the above will only give you false hope when running from enemies lol. You will still have the same delays on spell casting and will not assisting in pvp/getting away from monsters/getting anywhere quicker.

It is a good solution for someone who enjoys the ultima online game and likes to 'hunt' and rp. For PvPers or PKers, this will make NO difference whatsoever.

Good semi-fix for some.. Not worth it for us blood hungry pkers Wink

Hurry up and transfer the server back to the US!!!!
