Youd have to use AoS or higer. Reason to why you cant get on might be due to encrypted client, in which case you should just use razor, wrong ip in which you should download the login or that you are trying to connect with a decryoted client with razor. Could also be that someone with your IP already has an account, eg your brother or so.
