Well i agree that currently trading is a bit slow but making it more centralized in a safe zone(casino) would not help.
It is your choice to be a pk and as such you will have a harder time to interact with other players. If you are looking for friendly interactions then you should not go around and kill people that dont want to fight. However this is off topic.
The only way i see to increase trading between players is to make it harder to acquire the items you need by yourself. Because why would anyone buy something that they can either craft themselves or go hunt for and quickly get?
Making it harder to get items clashes with the idea that getting pvp sets is supposed to be easy to get. The way to counter this would be to make drops from monsters more rare, and crafting the mid range armors and weapons slightly easier. Primarily the weapons are of concern here as there simply are none that can be put in this category.
Scrolls and potions should also be looked at. Either making them less useful so that only 2-3 types of scrolls are used and focus are on those or by making the skills much much harder to train. May seem counter intuitive to make the skills harder but it makes trading for the items more inviting instead of just macroing the skill yourself.
While the drop rate changes would be easy to implement the changes in crafting difficulty would not be. Particularly changing the speed/price of macroing a skill to GM.
