I don't know what kind of education you have but he has a good one considering his job, with 2 years experience. Sys architects also makes quite a bit more than a regular developer/programmer.

People receiving social benefits generally get around 3500/month + their living paid. A small salary in Sweden could be around 6k after tax and middle class worker generally brings in something between 15-30 after. There is a chance that you were saying only 5% belongs to the richest and the poorest but I'd say you are wrong there too.
