If you require vendors and such in occlo then people should put them there, that has nothing to do with the pad system, it's an altogether different issue, if there is demand people will place their player vendors there and make a killing off selling to whomever is there because they may be the only vendor and etc.

I also agree about the bulk reg vendor, it's not needed, in time memoriam people were purchasing regs the old fashioned way with runes at the bank/GH and making a run at all the mage shops every X hours or so.

I also don't see how blues are being more favored here, that's how the UO system works, you're red guards get called onto you, you have fewer places that you can call safe.

I also agree however that the recall books in brit are not a good idea and should be removed so no one gets an inherent "advantage"

Well your point 2 and 3 is what I mean isn't it punishment enough that they're red and can't get into town there missing out on vendors etc from people who have statics in brit and on the other hand there rune library is in the middle of no where whereas when you first start off playing you enter brit and have access to all the runes because there located in said place. Maybe we can move the rune library to occlo for reds?

I still wish you guys would give the travel assistance a chance and just see how it pans out :/
