Give it a shot. 
If you open the Patcher and go to Tools > Install Injection, it sets it up for you with all the recommended settings in the Injection folder in your UO install. Just run ilaunch.exe to start. I *think* I have some sample macros added to it... not sure. But try it out and compare the speed difference between it and Razor. It's very minor, but noticable. Like using a mechanical keyboard instead of a bubble-dome keyboard; it's hard to imagine the difference until you see it.
