I'm talking favoring them as in they have more access to parts of the game then blue players would because all the good merchants are in brit those 4 little static homes south east of the bank. Any how this is leading off topic :p
If you want access to the player owned vendors in Britain then create a new character to buy items and then transfer to your main. If you want reds to have access to vendors then purchase a static for vendor placement. You or someone in your guild should train craft skills in order to provide easy access to goods for reds.
As someone already pointed out, as a red you're supposed to be at a disadvantage. If you play friendly then you're allowed in town.
You have access to the vendors in town just like everyone else. You just want things to be easier for yourself as a red.

It's also just more visual and easier to use than asking or not knowing that there is a rune library to begin with. (for new players that is) Even with that being said the red player rune library is in a pretty terrible spot you can't get to it unless you have a rune to a red town to begin with, My suggestion would to be add them somewhere everyone can get to and see it if these pad/portal things don't work out.
First you were saying it's hard to travel around the world without UOAM/UOC, and now you're saying it will clean up the lands and make things prettier. What's the next argument you're going to use when your current one gets dismissed?
