You make an "ok" point with the player vendors in brit, however I feel it's up to the player to decide if they want to limit their marketable audience by only selling to blue characters.

I was considering putting a vendor in SH for that exact reason. ...in fact I'm following this up with a post in the suggestion forums ;\
