Not to mention I forgot to add, blues are very much favored more than reds on this shard, If this were implanted maybe there would be some bought statics in ocllo and can have a certain type of vendors in unprotected territory rather than south east from brit. It would also attract more players to use these towns and interact with more players in the world.

I just find it quite hilarious that everyone is against this travel assistance when we have an npc who sells bulk regs in the casino where you can't even be killed with a bank, and when you're overweight it automatically banks them.. If we have all these rune books to towns and this idea is such a bad idea why do we have merchant buy assistance? There's so many things that can be argued as to why this isn't a bad idea or why we have certain things in the shard rather than something else or more simpler.

I'm sorry to say but portals/pads > simpler than rune libraries. Not to mention it wouldn't favor the Blue players over the Red players either. Being red doesn't mean you have to banish him from and alienate them all together.

Clearly the playerbase feels there are more important things to worry about.

Like what Fulm? This doesn't help the shard? You say you're not being biased but then again that's exactly what you're doing. This shard is nearly perfect due to it was up for 3-4 years being worked on by maka taran and the IN-X staff before being put up here, so I'll ask again what's so important that needs fixing? At this point it should just be suggestions being thrown away to help better the shard like this one.
