I feel that this idea is very neccesary and would be a FANTASTIC addition to this ever-growing shard. I do not understand your examples as you contradict yourself

1)This is my point though, we already have what you're describing, we have runebooks going everywhere if need be, people can already travel to essentially every dungeon/town for the cost of a recall, do we truly need any more help with this?

It is ultimately the choice of a red player to go red and incur the negatives associated with that, should we not make it so that a red player has to go through a few hoops, it's literally the the point to being red, otherwise just remove murderer status altogether.

And even then i'm all for removing those runebooks.

2)I am not crying at all, it's simply the truth, there is nothing biased about what I am doing, I voted no because truthfully I feel that this addition is unnecessary and will give very little return for the work that is put into it.

3)I don't understand where this is even coming from, most people think that this idea is bad, the votes have already been cast, the majority have already spoken, I am taking your ideas with a grain of salt, it's not a good ideai n my opinion it's just unnecessary.

Clearly the playerbase feels there are more important things to worry about.
