Also, I don't think that we made a big enough explanation of Waystones when we released them. I think I'll add a "Getting around" section to the guides to show all the different ways that you can get places. In the process I can see if there are any places that are really hard to get to, then add specific routes when necessary.
The Waystone can be bought from any banker for I think 5K. They are newbied and will set a location when purchased (wherever you're standing when you buy it). If you double-click the waystone, it will teleport you to the place where it was purchased after 30 seconds. If you move or take damage, this timer resets and the effect is canceled.
If you buy one at a bank you want to be able to get back to after you die in a dungeon, etc, you can use that at any time to return to that bank. It's expensive, but provides a really fast way to get back to town and restock and go back to grab your gear, so the cost is worth it to keep one around.
