Check the Display/Counters tab. It looks like they got deleted somehow. You'll need to re-add them and make sure the box to count them is checked.

From memory:

• Click Add Counter
  
• Name it and set its display name. (i.e. Nightshade will be ns since it shows {ns} in the titlebar)
  
• Press the [Target] button.
  
• Target some Nightshade
  
• Hit OK
  
• Check the checkbox next to the counter in the list to make sure that it's being counted.
