The point of the silver system isn't to have lots of stuff that is only bought through silver, but to keep item count down since people trash junk items instead of holding onto them. Also, it's to make it easier to hunt without having to recall into town to sell stuff. There are some things you can only get through silver and I'm not against adding more stuff to the stone, but I never intended for people to need to farm for silver coins to get stuff from the silver vendor.
