Well thats assuming your prey has a recall macro which leads me to believe this person has been targeted by you before. Maybe if you could find out where that person travels and you and a couple buddies use the invis spell yourselves and wait for them and when they appear then FS. That person would have to be ON TOP of their shit to be able to see that coming and still hit a macro and get away in time. Also, not everyone rolls around with recall/invis scrolls just to get away from pks, so I would then go a step further to say that maybe there is someone ingame you are trying to get and you can't get that one guy so now you want the timers changed so you could lol the guy as you fs him, which is lame.
