It is considered harassment if you harass a player by holding him stuck in one position for 30 minutes with a macro, just to get him upset.

um, why is it we can't para some dude over and over again?

I mean it is a spell, I'm not swearing at him....it's part of the game, maybe he should call his friends to help him out? Use his horse to hit him to unpara? I mean I don't see why parazlying someone over and over is harassment...if anything it's like lederoil calling all Quebec people morons and idiots...however I won't stoop to his level and trash talk Finland because well in honesty all people from there are probably not like him.

Yes, because it is considered harassment. The guy may be dead, cut, have no items, and no horse. If he can't move and you ruin his gameplay just to piss him off then you're harassing him. So once again, this isn't going anywhere. If you don't think this is harassment then that is fine with me, but I'm just letting you know in advance so you don't get surprised if some other staffmember decides to jail you for it if you choose to take the path of harassment.
