Obviously not. I e-mailed taran like 20 screenshots showing EXACTLY what you just described and he said it's not considered harassment. It seems like all staff's opinions on what is an offense differs. I have a strong feeling it has very very much to do with who the offender is and who the victim is.

I'm speaking my mind of what I think harassment is. But just like Smoke said, it's hard to "put the finger on harassment", so each and every staffmember has to make his or her own call on what they think is harassment, plus of course listen to how the victim feels, because that matters a lot too.

For example, if somebody would box somebody else inside his or her house and not let that use his character anymore, then I'd consider that harassment by far. I can only speak for myself tho, if Taran thinks that's OK then that's up to him, but I'm still going to jail people who does that unless Taran personally tells me otherwise.

I don't think it has anything to do with whom the victim is really, Shade made a call judging from what he saw, he would not jail somebody just because he knew the victim, I've seen Shade work before, he is following rules very strictly and he always does what he thinks is right, he would not "bend the rules" for a friend, he thought that was harassment and that is why he jailed him, and I support his decision in this case.
