alright so when you kill me on your mortal (im not exposing you so this should be completely legal) and i get upset thats harassment? how about when you make an event and always choose me as captian should that be harassment as well because your always picking me as captian? or how about when you kick people out becuase it's uneven numbers in tournements you kick out the last kid who makes it uneven which isn't fair because he was there from the start, you think he feels harassed as well because hes upset? please define people getting upset theres a difference between rules and doing something wrong. What your doing is blowing it out of proportion, as it was said taran makes the last decision and judgement calls and he said it was treated to harshly so it was obviously done wrong. So you should drop it and stop trying to argue your way saying i should've been punished more when i shouldn't of been punished at all.

Anyways this is getting out of hand but I think I should get the opportunity of getting to explain the situation considering I was jailed for 19 hours without a true valid reason please move these posts to the trashcan forum.

Since killing somebody in-game is a part of this game it's hard to jail people for that, sometimes you've got to use common sense. However if somebody boxes your ghost, or resskills you for an hour (when you for some reason aren't able to find the "out of war button"), then that's harassment. If somebody kills you, cuts you, resses you, paralyzes you and sets a macro to re-paralyze as soon as the para is about to wear off, then that's also harassment. But just killing somebody in a normal way is not harassment, because it is part of the game, no matter if you get upset or not.

First off all I haven't "kicked the last player out of the CTF" for .. what.. 1 year? And I did it once. I'm impressed that you remember it tho. However that time I had to do it to even out the teams, I told the person to find a partner and if he found a partner before the tourney started he'd be able to join, that may have been something that made him sad but it was for the good of making everybody else happy (having balanced teams). However like I said, I only did that once, he may have gotten upset, but I was not "harassing" him, I was just making my rules for the tourney and since it was uneven teams and he was the last person to join he had to find another person or he'd have to observe instead.

I don't pick you for captain if you don't want to be a captain. I ask the crowd if I can pick the two decent players who knows whose good and whose not, and if they say yes I pick two players whom I consider to be decent or good. However if you would say "I don't want to be a captain" then I'd tele u back out and pick somebody else, I'm not "forcing anybody" to be a captain, I'm just trying to balance the teams, I am not harassing you when I do that, and I'm sure you realize that as well.

We can drop this whenever you want to, I have explained my side of the story and what I think would've been the right thing to do, and you have explained your side of the story and how you think it should've been handled, so whenever you're ready to drop it we will drop it. You do not even have to reply to this and it will end with this post.
