No, it's not normal. There's a difference between taunting/provoking and harassing. Harassing just drives players and staff away.

And what do you mean PKing and ganking from an RPer is wrong? You mean RPers cant PvP? I'm sorry but I don't think you know what RP is. Ofcourse you can PvP/gank and still RP. This is why we're an RPvP shard.
