Right click all the executables, go to the Compatibility tab and select "Run as Administrator" maybe. Do that for the client, and Razor/Injection.
I'm running into a lot of problems with Vista/Win7 that are caused by the UAC not letting the program do things it needs to to function correctly, but it seems like it's working fine.
e.g: the patcher will look like it's patching, but it doesn't have the permission to change files so nothing really gets patched. :<

If you're computer savvy at all, you can just disable UAC. I hate it with a passion and I think it just trains novice users to just hit YES YES YES even more than usual.
