Hi Joe Black,
Do you get an error message when starting Razor, starting UO, or an error like 'can't connect' in UO after entering your login info?
Do you know what client version you are connecting with? Did you remember to fully update UO before copying over the custom IN:X files? What's written in your login.cfg file in your UO directory? (You can open it with notepad).
