I changed so the shields aren't bound to the owner anymore, anyone can use them after server restart.

We will still only sell 1 shield per player though, so someone cant buy 10 shields for their friends.

For that much money people won't be buying 10 for their friends, and even if that was their motive, they could always just transfer fame anyway. It's not like getting Lord is tough
