I changed so the shields aren't bound to the owner anymore, anyone can use them after server restart.

We will still only sell 1 shield per player though, so someone cant buy 10 shields for their friends.

Should've made it so that if you dclick it in your backpack with 10K fame, it sets you to the owner if you're not it already.
