Here's a solution to that problem:
You are allowed to loot a chaos/order shield from the ground, or trade it, or whatever u like to do, but in order to actually wear it u'd have to get 10k fame ONCE, after that u can use it whenver u want. Pretty much the same thing Eru said but a lil "modified"

This is what I originally posted....I got 10K Fame and took a SS because no gms were online and then posted so I could use it because it said "You're not the owner of the shield" saying that I house looted the shield. After finding out why it had been saying that, I posted saying I should be allowed to use it irregardless if I looted or not because I have already reached 10K Fame...........so can I use the shield now or what?
