I mostly suggested that to keep the shield swapping to a minimum, but honestly, I can't see the problem popping up that often and swapping shields around between players isn't very likely either.

We should just look into making the shields no-drop and unable to be placed into anything but backpacks or bank boxes.

This is all mostly because otherwise I have to do things.
