My personal opinion is that Chaos shields should not be linked to the player buying it due to a few reasons:

1. It is not a "1 time item" last time I checked, so as long as you have your 10k fame u should be able to buy plenty of them if u have the cash.

2. It's newbied, so if u're actually dumb enough to put it inside your house, without locking it down, then you deserve to loose it, and the player who looted your house deserves to be able to use it.

However I agree with the other staffmembers about that "skill rewards" should be linked, due to the fact that you can only get it once / character and you worked hard to get it.

P.S: I'd also like to point something out to some people in this thread, not mentioning any names: Seriously guys, you need to read what people say. Sometimes it feels like you didn't even read half of what was posted by Taran and other staffmembers. For example staffmembers posted that you do NOT need to have 10k fame in order to use it - just to get it - staffmembers also posted information about that karma has nothing to do with this, yet you keep mentioning it in your posts as if you never read these relies :/ It would feel so much more worth while to type things to you if you'd actually pay attention :/

First I would like to say I NEVER agree with Luda and Tech, however in this case I agree with them. The shield should be useable to the person who looted it. As for the above comment from Mr. Hate this item should not be linked becuase it isn't a "skill reward" and the player who lost it should beable to buy another for 250k once he aquires 10k fame.
