hey i only mentioned 10K Fame/10K Karma cuz when I asked in game, tiesto, jackal told me I needed to get it.
So maybe i need to stop getting false info.
Anyways my points are exact of what hate said. If your dumb enough to get it looted, then whoever looted it should be able to use it.
