This system, as the title of the thread states, is for the new server. Also you can't just claim friends will be there, we need proof. Sorry but thats what happens when people break the rules with no remorse over and over.

What proof do you want that Me, Technique, Scarecrow, Silverwolf, Eighty Swords, NoHandels, Relic are all friends that live approx 5-10 mins away from each other?

So I'm sorry Shade but it seems like this rule was made to target certain people from not having fun.

Taran I already pm'ed about this matter earlier last year and You urself said it was ok as long as the person was at the house. People play games with other people I shouldn't have to be on a different internet connection to play with my friends when I'm at their house or their at mine. I have a laptop so playing uo at people's houses is a very easy/fun thing to do.

Hell Maka knows for a fact we're all friends and play at each other's houses, u can ask him for any proof you want.
