RunUO Fixes a lot of skill bugs Tongue

Blacksmithy by failing on un-repairable armors.
Lumberjacking by chopping a tree and running away from it so you never move.
Combat skill bug, like you mentioned.
Animal Taming where you try taming an animal that's too far away for skillups.
Cartography (never knew this bug)
Camping (Don't remember this bug)
Stealing (Steal from yourself?)

There were a bunch of other bugs too, but those are the only skill ones I remember.
