PVPers killing PVMers doesn't count as PVM. Also, that would make the bind to character useless since you could then sell them by just having the buyer kill you.

-edit- I just realized that you probably meant that they bind to the person who kills the monster when the monster dies. I think you could do that with the mob's Combatant flag, but it might be more server strain and is more prone to causing problems (i.e. 2 provoked mobs have each other as their combatant, I think)
