Could you try opening the IN Patcher, making sure the paths are set correctly, then pressing "Patch IN". That will check the files to make sure they match the ones that are on the server.

After that completes, go to "Tools" and "Use Client 6".

Also, what installer did you use to Install UO? I recommend Mondain's Legacy since that's the one that I've tested the patcher on.
