Tiesto I think you missed the fact I'm talking about decorating the area around a house, you know, like outside the house where you can't lock stuff down. So no, I can't decorate this area myself. And in my original post I was also talking about doing this for classic and custom houses, not existing statics 
but of course there's no reason you shouldn't be able to do it for statics either if you want extra decoration around your house.
Would anyone care to explain why they said no? Or you're all just saying no because you personally wouldn't want it, or because you can't afford to have a GM decorate around your house, or because you already have a static and don't want other people to have nice things, or...?
