You need eval int, magery, tatics, swords, resist spells, healing.

start with 90 magery, 100 tatics, and healing.

One night (12 hours) you go from 0 to 80/90 swords (It was When I did it and I think it have been made easy lately)
With the right macro you can do resist with around 600 fire field regs and its like 2 nights or 1 entire day.
I cant remember how many time I used to get gm Eval but I dont think its more than 24 hours.

So its is around 3/4 days to get your character ready to pvp.
