I think this will fix most of the issues that you guys are having, if you're still unhappy after sunday then we'll of course discuss it further and try to find even better solutions, but it should help against most things you guys are having issues with. :]

I also agree with Shade about that RPers may have an issue with the "in-game-logics" of that players can see their location from an "website" which isn't something that exists in the world of ultima online. To help this I would support that we change it to a crystal ball showing what the website shows, to make it more realistic for the roleplayers. I don't think the crystalball should be able to see exactly where playes are either tho, I think that it should just do the same thing as the website, for example the person clicking the crystal ball gets all online-players names in a list, and if u click on somebody u'll get a msg like "Tiesto is in a Dungeon", or "Tiesto is in Yew" or something similar to that :]

I like this idea, keeps it in game. But the webstatus isn't that big a deal.
