Fix autocut bug

Can this happen only when cutting the body of a player? I've seen people like smoke post before about this and I'm worried that if I do ctrl+shift and target the name of a monster too fast I might get killed... My macro just double clicks a dagger and then my bow and waits for me to target... is that too much?
