1) Once you hit +/- 10k fame you can wear a guild shield. You don't have to maintain 10k fame, just get it once. I think you also have to buy the shield in the period where you have +/-10k fame but I'm not sure about that part.

2) It lets you train the sacrifice virtue (I won't spoil what it does for you, you can google it yourself ) if it's not disabled.

3) It gives you the word "Lord" before your name when you hit 10k. Unlike with guild shields you have to keep the 10k fame to see the word "Lord" before your name.

The status Lord doesn't make a difference. no idea what #2 is about and the only thing I can see is #1.
