Perhaps smoke when a sitution happens like so you should consider acting in a different way then you do. Try helping us to fix the problem instead of demanding a item back or complaining even more that the sitution is bullshit. If i insulted you im sorry, but you have to look at it from our point of view from the recent events that have happened. We never said you were using a autocut program i stated that it could be a bug or it could be cause of your cut macro. Malik said he would look into it as soon as possible and you kept on going. The whole point of me posting this is to let you know maybe if you approached staff in a different way then you do now you would get a better response from us, instead of acting like were wrong and smoke is always right.

I didn't demand for any items i asked if i can get them back and i was a little confused of why i wouldn't be able to get them back seeing as it's been posted as a bug already.. it's 500 gp i don't really care but like i said it's the principal that counts, I also doubt you're sorry for the insult you've made out to be becuase revealing youself and telling me to cry and stop complanning is completely out of line.
