Hey Shifty, try pinging your connection to xs4all at the time when you find it laggy. Maybe your ISP has ups and downs because of more people online at that time (especially true for cable ISPs) or throttles your connection like my ISP does. I think that's one of the few explanations for why one day you're fine and the next you're laggy.
